Received your E-Ticket email, but don’t see an attachment? 

  • If there isn’t a paperclip icon (indicating an attachment) in the header but you do see “B” in a circle, click that "B" and see if “Attachments” or “Documents” opens on the right side of the screen. (The “B” is for “Box Office”—many email platforms pull the first letter of the sender’s address here).
  • The attachment is also sometimes found at the bottom of the email or over to the right

Or, we are always happy to print out your tickets at the Box Office when you come to see the show.
