Chicago Shakespeare Theater is an engaging, collaborative work environment for artists and arts professionals. The Theater is the largest employer of actors in Chicago, and casts its plays through invited auditions. Behind the scenes, opportunities exist for full- and part-time staff employment. For early and mid-career artists and arts professionals, CST offers seasonal internships, and accepts two salaried arts management Master's Degree fellows each year for enrollment in the Arts Leadership Program through DePaul University. The Arts Leadership Program is a two-year Master of Fine Arts (MFA) program that combines full-time employment at Chicago Shakespeare Theater with coursework through The Theatre School at DePaul University.
