Catherine Smitko returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where she appeared as the Nurse in the NEA tour of Romeo and Juliet. Other Chicago credits include: Camino Real, Heartbreak House, The Rose Tattoo, A Christmas Carol (Goodman Theatre); Bye Bye Birdie, Oliver!, Funny Girl (Drury Lane Theatre); Les Misérable, Singing in the Rain and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Marriott Theatre). Regional credits include: Animal Crackers (Centre Stage); Nero and Pleasure and Pain (Magic Theatre). Ms. Smitko also sings with her band, Jinx Titanic and the Ladykillers.
