Patrick Clear returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where his credits include: Dr. Richard Warren in The Madness of George III, Corin in As You Like It, Ulysses in Troilus and Cressida, Escalus in Measure for Measure, Duke Senior in As You Like It, Gloucester in King Lear, King of France in All’s Well That Ends Well, Fluellen in Henry V, Flavius in Timon of Athens and Hugh Evans in The Merry Wives of Windsor. He has appeared in more than sixty Chicago-area productions. Other recent Chicago credits include: Port Authority (Writers Theatre); Meet Vera Stark, Teddy Ferrara, Race (Goodman Theatre); The March (Steppenwolf Theatre Company); Seascape (Remy Bumppo Theatre Company); and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (Northlight Theatre). Broadway credits include Hollywood Arms and Noises Off. Regional credits include productions with Asolo Repertory Theatre, Maltz Jupiter Theatre, Cleveland Playhouse, Indiana Repertory Theatre, Arena Stage, Guthrie Theater, American Shakespeare Theatre, Center Stage, Folger Shakespeare, Huntington Theatre and Cincinnati Playhouse.
