Mayor Rahm Emanuel joined Chicago Shakespeare Artistic Director Barbara Gaines, Executive Director Criss Henderson, and leaders of the City’s cultural institutions across disciplines to announce Shakespeare 400 Chicago, a yearlong celebration of Shakespeare’s legacy, at a press conference on Friday, November 13, 2015.
