The Our City, Our Shakespeare Campaign is fueling our new, first-of-its-kind
venue: The Yard at Chicago Shakespeare. The vision for this new space is bold and the need for our service is even greater. Our artists are yearning to develop increasingly complex and innovative projects; the next generation of Chicagoans is waiting to discover the canon, and through it, a pathway to literacy; and our global connectivity paves the way for ground-breaking international partnerships.

Name a Seat
With a gift of $10,000 or more, donors can name a seat in our Courtyard Theater. Seats may be named for the donor, or dedicated in honor or memory of a friend or loved one as a lasting tribute.
Inclusion on the Our City, Our Shakespeare Campaign Donor Wall
Located in The Yard’s main lobby, the Campaign donor wall recognizes the generosity of all contributors that commit $25,000 or more to our vision for the future.
Named Spaces
By naming an architectural feature or space within Chicago Shakespeare’s three-theater campus, donors can create a lasting legacy with a gift of $250,000 or more.
All gifts can be pledged over five years and Chicago Shakespeare can work with you to determine a payment schedule.
