Helpful tips and information for your visit
All Chicago Shakespeare patrons are guaranteed parking in Navy Pier garages.
Pick up tickets at Will Call, exchange tickets for a future show, or book your 2018/19 Season Tickets at the Chicago Shakespeare Box Office, still located in the Lobby of our Courtyard Theater.
Guest Services, located just inside the entrance doors to The Yard, provides the following services:
Parking Validation
Coat Check
Assistive listening devices
Large-print and Braille programs
Accessible Restrooms are available on both the main floor and the mezzanine level of The Yard.
Elevators in The Yard will take you to the mezzanine level from the main floor, and from the lower gallery to the middle and upper galleries.
Refreshments are available at several bars located throughout The Yard.
Your ticket is your guide
On both paper and E-tickets, your door number is noted just before your seat location. Door 1 is on the Main Floor level and Doors 2 through 7 are accessible using the staircase or elevator.
