- In the header, if there isn’t the usual paperclip icon (indicating an attachment) but you do see “B” in a circle, click that “B” and see if “Attachments” or “Documents” opens on the right side of the screen. (“B” is for “Box Office”—many email platforms pull the first letter of the sender’s address here).
- The attachment is also sometimes found at the bottom of the email or over to the right.
