MICHAEL JOSEPH MITCHELL makes his Chicago Shakespeare Theater debut. Other Chicago credits include: My Fair Lady (Lyric Opera of Chicago); Assassination Theater (Museum of Broadcast Communications); A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Winter’s Tale, The Merchant of Venice (First Folio Theatre); The Goat or, Who is Sylvia? (Remy Bumppo Theatre Company); Underneath the Lintel (City Lit Theater Company); and A Christmas Carol (Drury Lane Theatre). Regional credits include productions with: Asolo Repertory Theatre, Syracuse Stage, Indiana Repertory Theatre, BoarsHead Theater, and Colonial Theatre. Film credits include Falsely Accused and Scrooge & Marley. Television credits include Chicago Fire (NBC). Mr. Mitchell received a BFA in theater from Drake University, and also studied at the National Theater Institute and the Théâtre des Amandiers in France.
