J. David Brimmer returns to Druid, where his credits include The Cripple of Inishmaan (New York). Other theater credits include: That Face, Speed-the-Plow, Spring Awakening, The Lieutenant of Inishmore, Come Back, Little Sheba (Broadway); Ages of the Moon, Equivocation, Blasted, The American Pilot, Blackbird, Bug and Killer Joe (New York premieres). Mr. Brimmer has also worked at The Public, Atlantic Theater, Manhattan Theatre Club, Theatre for a New Audience, Dallas Theater Center, Hartford Stage, Baltimore Centerstage, and The Guthrie Theater. He teaches at NYU/Tisch School of the Arts, RADA, Strasberg Institute, and Yale, and is a Fight Master with the Society of American Fight Directors. Mr. Brimmer’s favorite collaborations include work with Stella Adler, Joe Chaikin, JoAnne Akalaitis, Ken Russell and Franco Zeffirelli.
