TM

Streamed through a custom web interface, TM was specially designed to be enjoyed by a single viewer per screen. The majority of this one-to-one audience experience is interactive. Each ticket holder will be provided with a unique access link on the day of the performance. 

To take part in TM, you will need… 

• A desktop or laptop computer (tablet and mobile devices are NOT supported) 
• A stable internet connection 
• Use Google Chrome web browser for best experience 
• Webcam (built-in or external) 
• Headphones  
• Microphone (on computer or headphones) 
• A well-lit space 

How many tickets do I need to get?
Plan on attending the show with one person per screen. For example, if two individuals in your household want to participate in the same evening, please purchase two tickets and enjoy on separate devices, each with your own headphones. 

What is the level of participation in this show?
TM is one actor and one spectator. You will answer a series of direct questions and assignments throughout the performance. The actor and interviewee join in a quest throughout the contemporary issues that dominate the news broadcast. How do we shape our opinion about the outer world and the other and are we prepared to alter it?

When will I receive login details for my performance? 
The day before your performance, we will email your unique access link. About five minutes before your performance is scheduled to start, simply click that link to begin TM. Both of these communications will go to the email address used for your ticket purchase, and will come from boxoffice@chicagoshakes.com. We recommend that you add this to your contacts to help make sure these communications do not go to your spam folder. 

What browser should I use? 
TM is best viewed on Chrome using a desktop or laptop computer (mobile phones and tablets are NOT supported). We recommend using a wired ethernet connection or sitting as close to your wireless router as possible. It’s also advised you wear headphones to avoid any distractions. 

What happens if I arrive late to the show?
There is extremely limited availability due to the unique nature of this experience, and latecomers may not be able to be admitted. 

Who should I contact if I experience any issues prior or during the show? 
If you are unable to enter by clicking the access link sent to you via email, please send a message to boxoffice@chicagoshakes.com, and our staff will connect with you directly to try and provide assistance. If your screen happens to freeze during the show, you can refresh your browser.
