Lynn Robert Berg returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where credits include Short Shakespeare! productions of Romeo and Juliet and Macbeth. Other Chicago credits include Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead (Writers Theatre). Regional credits include: the title role of Richard III, The Merry Wives of Windsor, Les Misérables, The Tempest, Hay Fever, The Crucible, Hamlet (Great Lakes Theater); Major Barbara, King Lear, Romeo and Juliet, The Taming of the Shrew, The Comedy of Errors, Henry V and Cymbeline (Idaho Shakespeare Festival); Twelfth Night and The Fantasticks! (Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival). Lynn holds an MFA from the University of Delaware Professional Theatre Training Program. He likes acting because it “forces me out of my comfort zones, and to confront the truth of who I am when placed against other characters. Also it’s fun. Also it’s hard.”
