Jeffrey Baumgartner returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where he appeared in Short Shakespeare! The Taming of the Shrew, The Three Musketeers, Short Shakespeare! Macbeth and King John. Other Chicago credits include: King Lear, Oedipus Complex (Goodman Theatre); The Bowery Boys (Marriott Theatre); Man of la Mancha (Court Theatre); A Blameless Life and Cherry Orchard (Steppenwolf Theatre Company); and the titular roles in Billy Bishop Goes to War, Barrymore’s Ghost, Vincent, Macbeth and Hamlet. Regional credits include Coriolanus, Wallenstein (Shakespeare Theater DC) and productions with Denver Center Theater Company. Also a painter, Jeffrey is founder of JB ArtWorks in Chicago.
