FRANCIS O’CONNOR is a regular collaborator with Garry Hynes and Druid. Mr. O’Connor designs for plays, musicals, and opera in Ireland, the UK, the US, Europe, and Asia. Mr. O’Connor’s work with the Gate Theatre (Ireland) has frequently been seen at the Spoleto Festival. Mr. O’Connor’s awards include: Three Irish Times Irish Theatre Awards (two for Best Design, one for Best Costume Design), Boston Critics Circle Award, Dora Mavor Moore Award, and a nomination for the Faust Prize (Germany).
