Making Decisions

Throughout the story of Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Belle's feelings about the Beast change. At first Belle hates the Beast for trapping her in his castle and having such a bad temper, but as she gets to know him, she sees that he may not be so bad underneath all of his beastly fur.

Now, pretend that you are Belle right after the Beast has saved you from the wolves. Write in your diary about your feelings toward the Beast. A diary is a private place to write down how you feel about what is going on in your life. Think of all that has happened since you met the beast, and use your diary to explore what it would be like to be Belle in this situation.
