Enhancing the cultural connections in the Big in Belgium—Chicago series, Chicago Shakespeare is partnering with Hopleaf's Michael Roper for a curated Belgian Beer Tasting in the theater lobby before select performances. Since its doors first opened in 1992, Roper’s neighborhood pub in Andersonville has drawn inspiration from the beer and food culture of Belgium, earning it a reputation as a mecca for craft beer fans.
