WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THIS YEAR?

Subscribers can choose to secure their preferred traditional package for another season, or enjoy the freedom of a “Bard Card”—a flexible pack of 6 Ticket Credits to use however you wish across the 2022/23 Season. 

IF I HAVE MONEY ON ACCOUNT, CAN I USE THAT TOWARDS MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Absolutely! The invitation to renew your subscription will arrive in the mail soon. If you have a credit on account, we have indicated how to use the credit when renewing online, by mail, or by phone.

WILL MY SEATS BE THE SAME FOR EACH SHOW?

Performances will be taking place in the Courtyard Theater and The Yard at Chicago Shakespeare. We intend to offer Subscribers your preferred seat locations in both theaters. 

I ALREADY PURCHAED THE TEMPEST FOR FALL 2022—WHAT HAPPENS NOW? 

Due to conflicts with artists’ schedules this fall, Measure for Measure is now replacing our previously announced production of The Tempest. The good news is that there are no extra steps you need to take. When you receive your 2022/23 Season Subscription packet, you’ll see that Measure for Measure is marked as "Already Paid," and we'll be providing you with your preferred seats in the Courtyard Theater.  

WHAT ARE THE THEATER’S COVID-19 PROTOCOLS FOR THE SEASON AHEAD?

Our most up-to-date COVID-19 guidelines can be found at chicagoshakes.com/health. It's too soon to anticipate what may be needed for the 2022/23 Season, but as always, our plans will be shaped in collaboration with medical professionals. Rest assured, we'll be in touch with any changes before your performances. Our Box Office will continue to work with you to reschedule or refund tickets if you feel unwell, or are uncomfortable attending on your scheduled dates. The health and safety of our audiences, artists, and theater staff remains our foremost priority, and we thank you for your flexibility and understanding. 

WHEN WILL MY TICKETS ARRIVE?

You’ll receive your digital tickets no later than two weeks before each production. We’ll be sharing updates throughout the season by email, so if you aren’t currently receiving our messages, please provide us with your preferred email address using the Customer Service Portal, and be sure to add boxoffice@chicagoshakes.com to your contacts. 

WILL I BE ABLE TO PARK ON NAVY PIER?

Chicago Shakespeare Theater patrons continue to enjoy guaranteed discounted parking in Navy Pier garages, accessed through the Theater’s dedicated parking entrance which opens two hours prior to each performance. With validation in our Lobby, the discounted rate is $21 for up to six hours. Learn more ►
