POSTELL PRINGLE (Creator/Bob Cratchit/Past/Martha Cratchit) returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where his credits include: Othello: The Remix; Q Brothers Christmas Carol (co-creator); and Funk It Up About Nothin’. Broadway credits include A Free Man of Color (Lincoln Center Theater). Off-Broadway credits include: Othello: The Remix (Westside Theatre); LINDA (Manhattan Theater Club); The Urban Retreat (The Public Theater/NYSF); The Seven (New York Theatre Workshop; La Jolla Playhouse); Song for New York (Mabou Mines); Exposure (Eugene O’Neill Theater Center); and Hoodoo Love (Cherry Lane Theatre). Regional credits include: The Matchmaker (Goodman Theatre); Broke-ology (Kansas City Repertory Theatre); and King Hedley II (American Stage). Film credits include: Unknown Soldier; 14085; The Hudson Tribes; and the forthcoming 30 Miles from Nowhere. Television credits include: Rescue Me (FX); Unforgettable (CBS); Law & Order (NBC); and Law & Order: Criminal Intent (NBC). Composition and writing credits include: Q Brothers Christmas Carol; I Heart Juliet; and Rome Sweet Rome. He recently directed The Bomb-itty of Errors (Riverside Theatre). Developing projects include: The Illyria Project (Theater Latté Da); LIZ! (The Flea Theater); and Long Way Home (Chicago Children’s Choir). Postell holds a BA from Bates College and studied at RADA in London, England. As a member of the Q Brothers Collective, he’s a creative associate, playwright, co-composer, and director of choreography. Postell is a solo music recording artist/producer whose forthcoming album Hot Sauce from Hell will be independently released in 2018. He is a member of the Chicago band The Rap Pack (formerly known as The Retar Crew). @posLuv
