Friar Laurence/Ensemble
MICHAEL PEREZ (Friar Laurence/Ensemble) returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where his credits include Shakespeare in Love and Short Shakespeare! Macbeth. Other Chicago credits include: Death of a Streetcar Named Virginia Woolf: A Parody, The Liar (Writers Theatre); Yasmina’s Necklace (16th Street Theater); Funnyman (Northlight Theatre); Foreigner (Provision Theater); and three years in A Christmas Carol (Goodman Theatre). Regional credits include productions with: Door Shakespeare, American Players Theatre, and Montana Shakespeare in the Parks. Michael is a Stakeholder in the Back Room Shakespeare Project and will be joining the Back Room Shakespeare Project Los Angeles later this year.
