Ron Orbach makes his Chicago Shakespeare Theater debut. Additional Chicago credits include: Harry Chapin: Lies & Legends (Equity Card, 1983); Laughter on the 23rd Floor (Chicago premiere, as well as on Broadway); Amos Hart in Chicago, the Musical (Jeff Award, first national tour, as well as on Broadway); Franz Liebkind in The Producers (pre-Broadway); David O. Selznick in the world premiere of Moonlight and Magnolias, and multiple roles in Tommy Tune’s Turn of the Century (Goodman Theatre). Mr. Orbach’s varied stage career includes numerous appearances on and off Broadway, and leading roles in regional theaters such as Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Alley Theatre (Houston), Sacramento Music Circus and Berkshire Theatre Festival (Massachusetts). His most memorable film appearance was The DMV Tester in Clueless. Television credits include: Law & Order, Medium, Without a Trace, NUMB3RS and Platypus Man. Mr. Orbach is also an acting coach, a director (LA's Ovation Award, 1996) and a voice-over artist, who can currently be heard as Toadhog in the animated series, Jungle Junction (Disney Junior Channel).
