The Little Mermaid

Chicago Shakespeare Theater and its neighbor, Chicago Children’s Museum, are partners in creating the learning activities for Disney's The Little Mermaid. On Thursdays and Fridays, families can participate by creating “Under the Sea Mobiles” in the Theater Lobby with Chicago Children’s Museum art educators. Arial discovers a whole new world when sailors and their ships drop their "whositz and whatzits galore" into the deep sea.  By creating a small mobile sculpture, your child can imagine what's in the depths below!  

The “Under the Sea Mobiles” activity occurs July 10–August 14, Thursdays and Fridays 12:15 p.m.–2:00 p.m.
