Choreographer

Ms. Hind trained in South Africa and works as a Choreographer and Movement Director. She is an Associate Artist of Slung Low, which specializes in performances for audiences outside conventional theater spaces. Previous work with Shakespeare’s Globe includes The Merchant of Venice. Recent theater credits include: Playing for Time (Sheffield Theatres); Multitudes, The House That Will Not Stand (Tricycle Theatre); Kes (CAST in Doncaster); Twelfth Night (Sheffield Theatres); The Jacobin (Buxton Arts Festival); Enjoy, Refugee Boy, The Wind in the Willows (West Yorkshire Playhouse); Sheffield People’s Theatre (Sheffield Theatres); Moon Tiger (Bath Theatre Royal); Jack and the Giant (The Theatre, Chipping Norton); Love Your Soldiers (Sheffield Crucible); Stuart: A Life Backwards (Hightide); Manchester Sound: The Massacre (Library Theatre); and This Is My Family (Sheffield Theatres). Television credits include Peter Pan (CBeebies Panto) and Banana. In 2012, Ms. Hind was a dance captain for the London 2012 Paralympics Opening Ceremony, and is currently co-choreographer of the National Commemoration of the Battle of the Somme.
