SÁNDOR MENÉNDEZ CHICAGO SHAKESPEARE: Debut. CHICAGO: Juan Preciado in Pedro Páramo (Goodman Theatre/ Teatro Buendía, Cuba); Aguijón Theater. INTERNATIONAL: 10-year company member and various productions including international theater festivals (Teatro Buendía, Cuba). Menéndez is a Cuban actor, director, and teaching artist. He has directed numerous productions, with standouts such as the world premieres of Abel González Melo's Within and Epopeya, Rey Andujar's Adverses, and Ariel Dorfman’s Death and the Maiden. EDUCATION: Havana’s Instituto Superior de Arte.
