Brian Rooney makes his Chicago Shakespeare Theater debut. Other Chicago credits include The Man Who Was Thursday (New Leaf) and A Christmas Carol (Drury Lane). Regional credits include: Scapin, Richard III, The Tempest and The Merry Wives of Windsor (Illinois Shakespeare Festival); State of the Union, Pride and Prejudice and Cherry Orchard (Milwaukee Repertory Theater); Jekyll and Hyde and They’re Playing Our Song (Broadway Rose Theatre); and Tony and Tina’s Wedding (Hey City Theatre). Film and television credits include: French Exit, For the Boys, Survival Game and General Hospital. Mr. Rooney holds a BA in Theatre from University of Portland and an MFA from University of South Carolina.
