Toby Knyvett
Lighting Design
Toby Knyvett is a lighting designer, vision designer and production manager from Wollongong, Australia. Mr. Knyvett also develops and programs his own interactive performance systems, most recently used in Feedback, a show exploring how physical expression can generate digital choreography. He completed his Masters work in Theatre, developing a system which integrates digital projectors, conventional lights, tracking cameras and Wii remote controls to 'draw' light onto bodies. Other recent work includes: lighting for Death in Bowengabbie, As I Lay Dreaming, The Country lighting and vision for 4 Plays about Wollongong, Thieves Like Us; management for The No Chance in Hell Hotel, The Wild Boys; lighting and management for Project: ALICE and Lost and Found.
