Postell Pringle returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where his credits include: A Q Brothers’ Christmas Carol, Othello: The Remix (Chicago, London, Germany, Edinburgh, South Korea, Sydney, Poland, Melbourne, UAE, Auckland, National Alliance for Musical Theatre’s Festival of New Musicals 2015) and Funk It Up About Nothin’ (Chicago, Edinburgh, Australian tour, London). Other Chicago credits include The Matchmaker (Goodman Theatre). Broadway credits include A Free Man of Color (Lincoln Center Theater). Off Broadway credits include: The Urban Retreat (Public Theater/New York Shakespeare Festival); The Seven (New York Theatre Workshop, La Jolla Playhouse); Song for New York (Mabou Mines) and Hoodoo Love (Cherry Lane Theatre). Other theater credits include: Broke-ology (Kansas City Repertory Theatre); King Hedley III (American Stage Theatre Company); Exposure (Middle Voice/Rattlestick Theater); and The Old Settler (Triad Stage). Film credits include Unknown Soldier and Orange Bow. Television credits include: Rescue Me (FX), Unforgettable (CBS), Law & Order, and Law & Order: Criminal Intent (NBC). Mr. Pringle holds a BA from Bates College. He is a playwright, composer and a Q Brothers Creative Associate. He is a solo hip-hop artist/music producer in Brooklyn and a member of the Chicago band The Retar Crew, who have toured extensively and have six free albums available online. Mr. Pringle received two Jeff Awards—Best Ensemble for Othello: The Remix and Funk It Up About Nothin’. @posLuv
