Postell Pringle returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where his credits include: A Q Brothers’ Christmas Carol, Othello: The Remix (Chicago, London, Germany, Edinburgh, South Korea, Sydney, Poland, Melbourne, UAE, Auckland, National Alliance for Musical Theatre’s Festival of New Musicals 2015), and Funk It Up About Nothin’ (Chicago, Edinburgh, Australian tour, London). Broadway credits include A Free Man of Color (Lincoln Center Theater). Off-Broadway credits include: The Urban Retreat (Public Theater/New York Shakespeare Festival); The Seven (New York Theatre Workshop, La Jolla Playhouse); Song for New York (Mabou Mines); Exposure (Middle Voice/Rattlestick Playwrights Theater); and Hoodoo Love (Cherry Lane Theatre). Regional credits include Broke-ology (Kansas City Repertory Theatre); King Hedley III (American Stage); and The Old Settler (Triad Stage). Film credits include Unknown Soldier and Orange Bow. Television credits include: Rescue Me (FX), Unforgettable (CBS), Law & Order and Law & Order: Criminal Intent (NBC). Mr. Pringle holds a BA from Bates College. He is a playwright, composer and a Q Brothers company member. He is a solo hip-hop artist/music producer in Brooklyn and a member of the Chicago band The Retar Crew, which has toured extensively and has six free albums available online. Postell has received two Jeff Awards—Best Ensemble for Othello: The Remix and Funk It Up About Nothin’. @posLuv
