Teams representing high schools from across the Chicago region worked together through the fall 2021 semester in the Theater's fifth annual Chicago Shakespeare Slam to actively engage with the work of Shakespeare—and, most important of all, to celebrate the power of their own voices. The SLAM program went remote again this year and culminated in two, unique collaborative, recorded productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream. You can watch the February 3 cast’s interpretation here:
