Chicago Shakespeare Theater is adding to our team of outstanding Guest Service Associates. With the opening of our new, completely flexible venue The Yard, we have greater need than ever before of cheerful, caring people to welcome patrons to our venues. CST is a world class organization both on and off stage, and we cultivate excellence in every department, on every level. Our core values are Service, Ingenuity, and Collaboration, and service is the key component of the GSA’s work.
Guest Service Associates will cross train on ticket sales, beverage and concessions sales, ushering, and event support.
The most important requirements:
- Cheerful and evident willingness to serve and engage with theater patrons.
- Desire to work as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
GSA’s are paid hourly and work 10-40 hours per week, depending on their availability and the theater schedule.
