David Turrentine returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where his past acting credits include: Henry IV Parts 1 and 2 (at CST and the Royal Shakespeare Company, Stratford-upon-Avon), Hamlet, The Merchant of Venice, Love's Labour's Lost, Richard II, Antony and Cleopatra, As You Like It, The Tempest and Much Ado About Nothing. Other Chicago credits include Arms and the Man and The Seagull (Writers Theatre). Regional credits include: Richard III, The Rose Tattoo (Meadowbrook Theatre); The Lion in Winter (Boarshead Theatre); and On Vacation (Milwaukee Repertory Theatre). In Toga, Japan, he appeared in Clytemnestra, directed by Tadashi Suzuki. Mr. Turrentine served as the verse coach for The Tempest with Barto Productions. He received his MFA in Acting from the University of California, San Diego.
