Ami Silvestre makes her Chicago Shakespeare Theater debut. Her musical credits include: Mathilde in the world premiere of The Visit (Goodman Theatre); Lilliane La Fleur in Nine; Phyllis Rogers Stone in Follies (Sarah Siddons Leading Lady Award, Candlelight Dinner Playhouse); Desiree in A Little Night Music, Aunt Eller in Oklahoma!, Jaqueline in La Cage Aux Folles, Frau Schmidt in The Sound of Music (Theatre at the Center); Company, You Can't Take It with You, Season's Greetings, The Shadow Box, Charley's Aunt, Out of Order and It Runs in the Family (The Forum Theatre). Other stage credits include: The Return of Herbert Bracewell, Steel Magnolias, Over the River and through the Woods, Never Too Late and A Bench in the Sun. Ms. Silvestre was The Exercise Girl on WGN's daily Paul Fogarty Show from 1955 to 1960. She has been a member of Actors' Equity since 1958.
