Earn CPDU Credits through Free Teacher Workshops
All classroom teachers are invited to our free teacher workshops dedicated to each full-length Shakespeare production and the abridged production. Workshops qualify teachers to earn Continuing Professional Development Units (one CPDU credit per hour).
Conveniently scheduled on Saturday mornings, CST teacher workshops combine the latest in scholarship with practical and fun pedagogical approaches, plus production-based input from the Theater's artistic staff. Whether you’re teaching any of the plays we perform this year, or you're thinking about it for the future, or simply wanting to learn more about teaching Shakespeare, you’ll find our workshops stimulating and full of variety.
Please RSVP for our workshops no later than the Monday prior to each workshop date. Pre-registration is required.
Call the Education Department at 312.595.5678 to register and for further information.
