Kurt Ehrmann (Egeus) returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where he previously appeared in Edward II and Othello. Other Chicago credits include: The Comedy of Errors (Court Theatre); Eastland: A Concert Staging (Lookingglass Theatre); The Hundred Dresses (Chicago Children’s Theatre); and many productions with The Hypocrites, where he is a company member. Regional credits include Shakespeare Festival St. Louis and McCarter Theatre in Princeton, New Jersey where he performed the role of Don in Steppenwolf Theatre Company’s production of American Buffalo. Television and film credits include independent films, voice-overs and the credit sequence of HBO’s True Blood. Mr. Ehrmann studied acting with Stella Adler at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
