Kari Sorenson (Young Heidi) returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where her credits include Katherina Cavalieri in Amadeus. Other Chicago credits include: Don Giovanni, II Ritorno d'Ulisse in Patria (Chicago Opera Theater); Shakespeare's Women (Bowen Park Theatre and Opera Company); and II Mondo Della Luna (Roosevelt University). Regional credits include: Elisetta in Il Matrimonio Segreto, Lydia and Lucy in The Newport Rivals (Maryland Opera Studio); Constance in The Sorcerer (Ohio Light Opera); and Luisa in The Fantasticks (Eastman Opera Theatre). Ms. Sorenson holds a BM from the Eastman School of Music, an MM from the University of Maryland and a professional diploma from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University.
