RON RAINS (Puppet Master) returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where his credits include: Much Ado About Nothing, Henry IV Parts 1 and 2, The Shoemaker’s Holiday, Knight of the Burning Pestle (CST Play Reading Series), Romeo and Juliet (NEA Tour), and A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Other Chicago credits include: Jackie and Me (Chicago Children’s Theatre); A Christmas Carol, Passion Play, Revenge of the Space Pandas (Goodman Theatre); The Quiet Man Tales (Mages, D’Angelo and Smock Alley Theatre); I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change! (Royal George Theatre); The Good War, Enter the Guardsman (Northlight Theatre); Incident at Vichy (Writers’ Theatre); Carousel, Honk! (The Marriott Theatre); Big, 1776 (Drury Lane Oakbrook Terrace); and The Ballad of Little Jo (Steppenwolf Theatre Company). Regional credits include productions with Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival and Montana Shakespeare in the Parks. Mr. Rains received his BFA from Cornish College of the Arts.
