Matt Schwader (Philostrate/Puck) returns to Chicago Shakespeare, where his credits include: Othello, Hamlet, Henry IV Parts 1 and 2 (at CST and on tour to the Royal Shakespeare Company, Stratford-upon-Avon); Measure for Measure, The Merry Wives of Windsor, Short Shakespeare! A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Molière Comedies, and Shakespeare's R&J. Other recent credits include: Titus Andronicus (Court Theatre), A Life in the Theatre (Goodman Theatre), All Night Strut (Marriott Theatre), Mrs. Warren’s Profession (Remy Bumppo Theatre) and Polish Joke (Noble Fool Theatricals). He holds an MFA from University of Delaware's Professional Theatre Training Program and is a core company member with American Players Theatre in Spring Green, WI. Matt’s first experience with A Midsummer Night’s Dream at a summer Shakespeare class convinced him as a teenager that he wanted to be an actor.
