Melanie Brezill (Violet Beauregarde/Grandma Georgina) returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where her credits include Bird Girl in Seussical, The Musical. Other Chicago credits include: Addy in The American Girls Revue, Circle of Friends (American Girl Place); Grace in Street Scene (Lyric Opera of Chicago); Sparrow in Brundibar (Chicago Theatre) and Missie Mae in Spunk (Northwestern University). She will be performing this coming fall in Caroline, or Change at Court Theatre as Emmie Thibodeaux.
