Lesley Bevan (Emilia) makes her Chicago Shakespeare Theater debut. Chicago credits include: The Berlin Circle (Steppenwolf Theatre Company); Winesburg, Ohio (Steppenwolf Theatre Company /About Face Theatre); Pulp, Wedding Play, The Terrible Girls, Undone (About Face Theatre); The American Plan (Roadworks Theater); Red Herring (Northlight Theatre); Love’s Labor’s Lost, A Doll’s House (Next Theatre); Pentecost (Plan B Productions) and Dandelion Wine (Chicago Children’s Theatre). Regional credits include: Winesburg, Ohio (Arden Theatre, Philadelphia); Pride and Prejudice (Indiana Repertory Theatre); Hamlet, The Tempest, The Comedy of Errors, The Misanthrope, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Coriolanus, The Taming of the Shrew (Cincinnati Shakespeare Company) and Measure for Measure, The Last Night of Ballyhoo, Bedroom Farce (Wayside Theatre, Virginia). She is a founding artist of the Lakeside Shakespeare Theatre and performed abroad for two years with Boom Chicago, Amsterdam’s foremost improvisational comedy show.
