Ethan Deppe (Musician) returns to Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where his credits include Short Shakespeare! The Taming of the Shrew and Short Shakespeare! Macbeth. A graduate of the University of Illinois in Music Composition, his music has been performed across the country, including several major Chicago and Off-Broadway theaters. His musical credits include: West Side Story, The Who's Tommy, A Little Night Music, The Adding Machine, Parade, Altar Boyz, Assassins and I Sing!. He attended Centennial High School in Champaign, and performs across the country as a music director and instrumentalist. Ethan has been playing piano since he was five years old and started writing music in high school before going to college to study music. He also enjoys practicing martial arts.
