Dietrich Gray (Gremio) makes his Chicago Shakespeare Theater debut. Chicago credits include Oswald in King Lear (Goodman Theatre); The Royal Family, Mother Courage and Her Children, I Just Stopped By to See the Man (Steppenwolf Theatre Company); Eurydice, Great Expectations, Our Country’s Good, Lady Chaplin and Her Tramp, The Mad Dancers (Piven Theatre Workshop); Mr. Marmalade, Osama the Hero, Crumble and Lay Me Down Justin Timberlake (Dog & Pony Theatre Company). Film credits include DogJack, Realization and the upcoming 8 of Diamonds opposite Eric Roberts. He is an ensemble member at Piven Theatre Workshop, and an artistic associate at Dog & Pony Theatre Company. Dieterich chose drama as a career when he was 19 years old, and says he loves performing because “things always shift and change and grow. I like to experience new discoveries, sometimes even accidents, when I’m out on stage.”
