5 Ways to Exchange Your Subscription Tickets
As a subscriber, you may exchange your tickets free of charge for another performance of the same production.
Visit www.chicagoshakes.com/exchange to request an exchange at your convenience—24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Call the Box Office at 312.595.5600. Be sure to have your tickets in hand when you call, along with your alternate dates.
Tear your tickets in half and photocopy the two halves so that both the performance date and time are legible. Fax the copy to the Box Office at 312.595.5644, along with a note indicating your name, day and evening phone numbers, and your choice of alternate dates.
Send your tickets along with a note, indicating your name, day and evening phone numbers, and your choice of alternate dates to: Chicago Shakespeare Theater • Attn: Ticket Services • 800 East Grand Avenue • Chicago, IL 60611. If you would like your new tickets mailed, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Simply bring your tickets to the Chicago Shakespeare Theater Box Office window during Box Office business hours.
Ticket Exchange Guidelines
All exchanges are subject to availability.
We recommend exchanging your tickets well in advance, with several alternate dates as options. The exchange must be completed no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. If the Box Office is closed the day before your performance, you may call on the day of your originally scheduled performance to exchange your tickets.
If you exchange into a higher-priced performance, you will be asked to pay the additional cost before your exchange can be processed.
If you exchange your seats more than once for the same production, there will be a nominal handling charge for the additional exchanges.
