You may also log in with the email address we have on file for you, and hit the Need a Password Reminder link. We'll send you your password via email immediately. You can then log in and proceed.

I already know I can't make one of my dates, but I like my seats. Is it possible to make a change without losing my subscription seats?
Whether you're renewing online, or sending in your renewal form, "Early Bard" Exchanges are the perfect solution for you. Simply identify which performances you need to exchange online or on your renewal form, and we'll take care of the rest. We will assign you the best available seats for the new dates, and you will preserve your original seats for future seasons.
How do I request changes to my series?
On the shopping cart screen, you will see your order listed. Below your current series, you will see a purple button that says "Want to change your series?" When you click on that button, you will be guided to a form where you can enter your request for a new series.
While we make every effort to fulfill your requests, it is important for us to know what is most important to you: seats or series. Sometimes both requests cannot be met; therefore, providing us with an alternate choice helps us to best serve you.
If you only need to change one or two of your play dates, consider "Early Bard" Exchanges.
How do I request changes to my quantity?
On the shopping cart screen below your current quantity, you will see a purple button that says "Want to change your quantity?" When you click on that button, you will be guided to a form where you can enter your new quantity.
If you are adding subscriptions, be sure to tell us if your entire party needs to be seated together, or if you would like to retain your current seats and receive best available seating for the new subscriptions.
If you are reducing your quantity, be sure to indicate which seat(s) you want to keep. And remember, a seating map is available for your reference.
How do I request changes to my seats?
On the shopping cart screen below your current seating information, you will see a purple button that says "Want to change your seats?" When you click on that button, you will be guided to a form where you can enter your seating requests.
We will make every effort to fulfill your requests; however, it is important for us to know what is most important to you: seats or series. In the rare instance that both requests cannot be met, providing us with an alternate choice helps us to best serve you.
When will I find out if my changes have been accepted?
Upon completion of your order, your change requests will be logged in our system. Once our renewal campaign is complete, we will have the best inventory available to fulfill your requests. All changes are made in the order in which they were received, so renewing early gives you the best chance of getting your desired requests.
Your new information will be sent to you in August, and we will contact you if we have questions regarding your requests.
Will I be contacted when my seat request is completed?
You will receive your tickets with your new seat locations by mail in August. If we have questions about your requests, we will contact you before completing the change.
Can I renew a two-play subscription?
In order to maintain your seats and enjoy the privileges of being a CST subscriber, including free exchange privileges, you must subscribe to
our 3-Play or 4-Play subscription packages.
How does the Payment Plan work?
CST's 3-easy payment plan allows you to secure your subscription today, and you only have to pay a third of the total cost. By selecting the 3 installments, your credit card will be charged for 1/3 of the total cost of your order today, and the remaining 2 payments will be charged on August 1 and November 1.
My friend and I share our subscriptions and would like to pay separately. Can I pay with two separate credit cards online?
At this time, we cannot accept multiple payments online. If you need to pay in two different methods, please call the Box Office at 312.595.5600 during business hours, and we'll be happy to take care of payment over the phone.
When will I receive my subscription tickets?
Subscription tickets will be mailed in August 2013. If you are paying in the installment method, tickets for your first show will be mailed to you in August, and the remaining tickets will be mailed upon final payment in November 2013.
How do I exchange my tickets?
CST subscribers enjoy the best exchange privileges in town. If you know you can't make one of your subscription play dates right now, consider our Early Bard exchanges to request your new dates right away. If you need to exchange closer to your performance date, simply call the Box Office at 312.595.5600, and we'll be happy to exchange your tickets for a performance that works for your schedule.
