Q: How many tickets constitute a group sale?
A: 10 or more

Q: Does the Student Group Price include University and College students?
A: Yes! All University and/or College groups are eligible for the student group discount of up to 45% for groups of 10 or more.

Q: How do we pay for the tickets?
A: A 25% deposit will be due within two weeks of the initial phone call and contract. The remaining balance will be due three weeks prior to your performance date. If the performance is within six weeks of the initial contract call, the full balance will be due three weeks before the performance. If the performance is within three weeks, the balance must be paid in the time of the initial contract call.

Q: Can I add to or reduce the number of tickets in my order once I have contracted for a performance?
A: Additional tickets may be purchased at the group sales rate as long as we have availability for the performance. Reductions of up to 10% of the original total number of tickets (not to go below 10) are allowed up until four weeks prior to your performance, provided that the balance has not yet been paid. Once the remaining balance has been paid for your group sale, the tickets are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Q: What if I have to cancel?
A: Once a group has contracted for a performance, the sale is final (except for additions and reductions within the guidelines outlined above). If a deposit or balance has been paid, that deposit or balance will be forfeited and no refunds will be provided. Any tickets that go unused on the day of the performance may be given to the box office for a tax deductible donation letter which will be mailed to you and your organization at your provided address.

Q: How can I get my tickets?
A: Tickets are usually held at will call under the group leader’s last name. Only the group leader may pick up the tickets to distribute them to their group. If your balance is paid in full and if time allows, we can also mail the tickets to your group leader.

Q: What time do we need to arrive for the performance?
A: We suggest that groups and their group leaders arrive at least one half hour before the performance so that they may pick up their tickets from will call and distribute them to their guests.
